What I liked most about working with Sam was that he stayed on top of the listing and sales process from start to finish. At the start, he met my brother and I at the house, reviewed the house thoroughly inside and out, and asked us a lot of questions so that he could get a full understanding of the 57 year old house (that we grew up in). The house has a lot of wear and tear, and Sam took this into account when estimating a sales price. I was comfortable his assessment from day one and the final sales price was more than the asking price. Sam communicated regularly, answering questions in an easy to understand manner. He is flexible and will adjust his protocols (e.g., meetings, communication, etc.) to the seller's/buyer's needs within reason to keep his customers informed. Sam was also a great "firewall" to protect us from potential buyers that were not likely to be able to back up their offers, or who would possibly get us bogged down in negotiations and haggling over minute details.
